Browse performers, open the profile you like and send a booking request. The performer confirms their availability and you'll receive a confirmation by email.

We reply to inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. Direct communication with performers is often even faster.

There is no separate service fee for you. The performer's fee and any travel costs are always visible before you confirm the booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary by performer and are included in your booking confirmation. Contact us as early as possible and we'll find a solution together.

For event organizers: the invoice is sent after the event by email or e-invoice. The payment term is 30 days or before the event, whichever is earlier. For performers: your fee is paid to your bank account within 1 business day of the event, once Hello Performer has received payment from the customer — you don't need to send us a separate invoice.

Create an account and fill in your performer profile. Our team reviews it and publishes the profile once everything is in order.

The service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. Many performers work in several languages — the language is always shown on each performer's profile.
