1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hello Performer ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Hello Performer is a marketplace platform that connects event organizers ("Requesters") with performers including speakers, hosts, and musicians ("Performers"). We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the agreements between Requesters and Performers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Booking and Payments

When a booking is confirmed through the Platform:

• The Requester agrees to pay the quoted price plus any applicable fees
• The Performer agrees to provide the services as described
• Hello Performer charges a service fee to facilitate the transaction
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the timing and circumstances:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus service fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
• Performer cancellations: Full refund and assistance finding a replacement

6. Performer Obligations

Performers on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information and pricing
• Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
• Deliver services as agreed in the booking
• Maintain professional conduct at all events
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Requester Obligations

Requesters on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Pay for confirmed bookings as agreed
• Provide a safe and appropriate venue
• Communicate any changes promptly

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Hello Performer a license to use such content for operating the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hello Performer is a marketplace platform and is not liable for:

• The quality or outcome of performances
• Disputes between Requesters and Performers
• Loss or damage arising from use of the Platform
• Actions of third parties

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
